What’s New:

  • SBI approach: includes how CCL talks about, teaches, and demonstrates the SBI feedback model, which has helped tens of thousands of clients give actionable, direct, and objective feedback. For example, we replaced updated language such as “subordinates” with a more collaborative title: “direct report.”
  • Virtual feedback: added content to address best practices in giving & receiving virtual feedback — as more and more people work remotely, it becomes essential that feedback be as effective in virtual environments as it is face to face.
  • New research: incorporated up to date knowledge from both inside and outside CCL to equip CCL clients to meet the challenges they face in today’s world.

The second edition is available in several language translations, and we're continuing to work on additional translations. The first edition is available for languages that don't yet have a second edition translation available.
