Note: This is not a stand-alone item. Facilitation of effective feedback training exercises and CCL workshops requires the purchase of a participant kit for each individual participant. Participant kits are for those who have ordered the Feedback That Works workshop facilitator kit and require additional participant kits. Each participant kit includes a single-use user license, and purchase is required for each participant every time the content is delivered.

How Live Online Kits Work:

  • Effective feedback training exercises and live online kits are licensed through CCL's Leadership Accelerator platform and are managed and assigned through an administrator account.
  • Within one business day of purchase, you'll receive an email notification from support@ccl.org to confirm that the kits have been added to your administrator account and are ready to use.
  • If you are a new user to CCL’s Leadership Accelerator, you'll receive an email invitation to the platform, and instructions for getting started, from the same email address.

Shipping & Returns:

  • Orders are shipped every weekday, with the exception of U.S. holidays. If you place your order:

    • Before 1:00 pm EST Monday through Friday and:

      • Select ground economy or expedited shipping: We will make every attempt to ship your order out the same day.
      • Select United States Post Office (USPS) shipping: We strive to ship your order the next business day.
    • After 1:00 pm EST Monday through Friday, or over a weekend, or on a U.S. holiday:
