Participant kits are for those who have ordered the Feedback That Works workshop facilitator kit and require additional participant kits. How Live Online Kits Work:
Effective feedback training exercises and live online kits are licensed through CCL's Leadership Accelerator platform and are managed and assigned through an administrator account.
Within one business day of purchase, you'll receive an email notification from support@ccl.org to confirm that the kits have been added to your administrator account and are ready to use.
If you are a new user to CCL’s Leadership Accelerator, you'll receive an email invitation to the platform, and instructions for getting started, from the same email address.
